We accept returns of eligible non-perishable products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase/order details may be required to process the return.

The following products are non-returnable where applicable:

• Fresh products.
• Live plants and other live/plant products.
• Perishable products.
• Ghee, Honey and Oil where the seal has been opened.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, except where the damage or issue is attributable to Avinya Organics.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method communicated to you at the time of approval.
• A partial refund may be issued at our discretion where an eligible returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to Avinya Organics.

Our team will review the request and provide the necessary instructions.

Where a return is requested for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

Where the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected due to an error attributable to Avinya Organics, the return shipping arrangement will be reviewed by our team.

Shipping costs already paid may not be refundable unless otherwise determined applicable.

Avinya Organics is not liable for delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

This Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
