Thank you for choosing Avinya Organics. We strive to provide excellent balcony farming services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Customers may cancel a scheduled balcony farming service before the service has commenced.

• Cancellations made before the service starts are eligible for a full refund.
• Once the service or installation work has commenced, the refund amount, if any, may be determined based on the portion of the service already completed.
• Once the service has been fully rendered, the service is generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The service was not provided as described.
• The service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances attributable to Avinya Organics.
• The customer cancelled the service before it commenced.

For requests relating to an installed balcony farming service, the applicable service period shall be considered from the date of installation, with a service-related period of 30 days from installation, wherever applicable to the service purchased.

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

• Services that have been fully rendered.
• Work, installation, materials, or other components already provided or completed.
• Services or portions of services that have been partially rendered, except where Avinya Organics determines that a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The actual time for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other financial institution.

If a service has been partially rendered or partially completed, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Avinya Organics, based on the proportion of the service completed and/or the costs already incurred.

Avinya Organics is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
